Work to convert an existing 85,000 square foot building from wet sprinkler systems to Pre-Action Systems.  Complete remove of the wet pipe sprinkler system and install 10 Pre-Action systems and 2 wet systems.  The Pre-Action systems will cover the three Data Centers, two MMR, two UPS, one Backup Power, two NOC, breakroom, office and associate rooms.  The wet systems to cover the exterior overhangs.
